mushrooms. Combine the flour, onion powder, paprika,

the eggs and milk together in a small dish. Transfer

Shake
off any extra flour after applying the seasoned
flour to each mushroom. After dipping the floured
mushroom into the egg mixture, carefully press it
into the breadcrumbs to ensure it sticks. Continue

In a
big skillet or pot, heat about 1 inch of vegetable
oil to 350°F (175°C). Carefully place the breaded
mushrooms in batches so as not to pack the pan too
full. Fry for three to four minutes, or until crisp
and golden brown. Take out and let dry on paper
towels. I actually deep fried
these in four minutes. So much quicker.
