Chicken and Mushroom Oyster sauce 5 minute Wok
My favourite Chicken recipe
Serves 2
- 2 Tbsps fresh ginger
- 1 red onion chopped
- 400grams fresh chicken cut into thin strips
- 5 white mushrooms cut into slices
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 3 spring onions cut into slices
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- Oyster sauce (use as much as you feel it needs)
- Noodles and beansprouts (cook in separate pan)
- Heat your Wok with oil to quite a high heat
- Add fresh ginger and once brown
- Add 1 red onion chopped
- Add thin cut chicken strips
- Add sliced mushrooms
- Add black pepper (no salt as Soy sauce is salty)
- Cook for 1 to 2 minutes
- Add spring onions
- Add touch of soy sauce not too much
- Then add oyster sauce
- Cook noodles and beansprouts in separate frying pan for as long as required.
